SLIG also announced its first-ever
virtual institute course, the Virtual
Advanced Evidence Analysis Practicum to be offered September-October
2016. The course will offer five case
studies as a challenge for students to solve, and then discuss, meeting once
per week. Registration will be open first to participants of SLIG 2016.
The program will be held 22-27 January 2017 at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. Registration will open July 9, 2016 at 9:00 am MDT. Detailed course information will be available in May at slig.ugagenealogy.org.
