SLIG Registration Series: Login Issues

Having difficulty logging back into your new UGA-SLIG Registration Account? Getting the error message "Invalid email address or password!"?

Please review the following:

1. Did you receive and click on the link in the verification email? 
• If not, please check your spam folder or search for an email from registrar@slig.ugagenealogy.org.
• If not found, your email address may have been inadvertently entered incorrectly. Please email the registrar (registrar@slig.ugagenealogy.org) to update your account and verify it for you.
2. Next, please make sure you are on the right page. The login on the UGA home page is for membership access, not SLIG registration. Please navigate to  sligregistration.ugagenealogy.org. 
3. Next, please try logging in with both your username and your email address.
• Once logged in, please review your information for accuracy and update as needed. Then log out and try again to assure it is working well for you.
4. Still no success?  Please contact the registrar to check to see if your account was saved and to work through the issues with you. (registrar@slig.ugagenealogy.org).
